it's my grandma's birthday and i wanted to give her flowers that would last, so i made these out of paper.

1. avocado paper and envelopes to design invitations for the bridal shower i'm styling (vintage italian theme) 2. french roast coffee with honey and creme in my favorite girly mug 3. pizza bagel for breakfast (yum) 4. my fake glasses that make me feel brilliant and a bit more creative.

just thought it might be time for me to start sharing some snippets from my portfolio. this is one of my interior design installations that I like to call "the trendy traditionals." I present a client with a visual composition of the space including a floorplan, wall colors, furniture, art and accessories. it helps to get a visual of the collaboration of products and ideas. I love the families that make my job fun, you know, the ones that remind you that you love doing what you do? The kiddos are just so darn beautiful and playful that I ended up with WAY too many photos cause I was just having too much fun! Thanks to the blond bunch! xo.

Here's another option that I'm cooking up for the same client, very similar in style, but a bit warmer. I like to give clients three options so that I don't make my own assumptions about what they want. I believe that an interior space should reflect the identity of the homeowner, not the designer.
